For me it was 4mins drive from the venue and family I was visiting.
I found the bed comfortable.
The fridge was good to have as I bought some foodstuffs with me that required a fridge.
Enough tea, coffee, milk and biscuits and a bottle of water.
Plenty of room to park.
A quiet area.
Can't say there was anything I didn't like.
Maybe to have decaff coffee/tea within the supplies?

The location, parking and TV.
The bed was extremely firm, and by early morning the sunlight was streaming through the windows, making it impossible to sleep any longer. There was no shampoo or soap provided in the bathroom.
