Don’t you just love a Penthouse view? This astounding 4160 sq ft PLUS 600+sf of balconies two-story Penthouse enjoys BOTH mesmerizing SUNSET BEACH views across the pristine white sand of Indian Shores AND SUNRISE views to the east across the Intracoastal Waterway! You will not be disappointed. Open the double doors to a spacious foyer that enjoys natural light and lovely vistas from sliders that lead out to a balcony with northern views. Turn right to go to a suite of very comfortable bedrooms; or, better yet, go left to discover the main living areas. WOW! Here is a massive Great Room that is the ultimate spot for great gatherings with wide open spaces, a large breakfast bar and dynamic kitchen with tons of counter space, large walk-in pantry, and beautiful cabinetry. And yet...this main area of living is also designed to have intimate niches, such as the built-in beachfront bar! We enjoyed everything about this condo. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, top of the line appliances. Master suite had a jacuzzi tub looking out to the Gulf. We’ve stayed at many different places in this area and this is by far the best. Management was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond if we had any questions, we had no issues with anything and can’t wait to return!
