Beautifully maintained condo, easy access, well stocked and clean, close to everything, amazing pool.We would definitely stay here again.The only downside were the black and brown towels, they were a bit odd, and the complex driveway runs right by the terrace, not even ten feet away.

Listing looked nice. We’ve stayed in these condos before and knew they were in a nice location but never this one. Upon arrival the door entry keypad on main door didn’t work. Was told by PM to go around and use patio door if that happens, thought was odd. Had to go through patio door each time we came back which was annoying.
Furniture and decor was cute but linens (bedsheets and towels) did not look clean. Towels smelled like smoke and grossed me out. We also killed several daddy long leg spiders inside condo mostly in corners which told me it doesn’t get cleaned well. Reached out to PM and she just suggested to send cleaning person back out next day. I told her no and I washed the towels myself that evening so my family could shower after being at Dollywood all day. Overall these condos are in good location and I would stay again but not at this particular one!
