We happily welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs over 1 year old. Please message us with your dog’s age and breed upon booking. Certain breeds known to be destructive are not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Please use the designated outdoor area and clean up after your pet using the provided waste station. A friendly note for guests with allergies: While we thoroughly clean after every stay, this is a dog-friendly home and may not be suitable for guests with severe dog allergies.

✔ Sugar Hollow is a 2-Family building, you will have the entire lower level to yourself with no interaction with others.
✔ We welcome guests 21 years of age and older to book and be the primary renter.
✔ While the home can sleep up to 6 guests with the sleeper sofa, there is only 1 bathroom. We recommend no more than 4 guests for maximum comfort. Please message us before booking more than 4 guests.
✔ To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone in the area, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM.
✔ Fireplace is a propane fire table on the patio (no indoor fireplace).
✔ We provide a starter supply of towels, linens, shampoo, soap, and even toothbrushes just in case you forget yours!
✔ While we stock the basics, please remember to bring your favorite coffee, K-cups, condiments, dish sponges and food storage items like zip locks to make your stay perfect.
✔ For safety reasons and per local regulations, open flames (including candles and unauthorized outdoor fires) are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in preventing fire hazards. Misuse may result in a $250 fee plus any damage costs.

Everything was great, perfect for our pups, very clean and convenient, communication was great, friendly, prompt responses etc. There were only 2 small downfalls. 1. Someone is living in the space upstairs, and we were not aware of that. 2. It is literally right next to the road so you hear everything that drives by. Things that aren't quite so bad though. We would stay here again.

Upon first impressions the location was great. You’ll first notice the parking is a little weird. You can fit 2 vehicles, we had a truck and SUV, but it’s tight. Luckily it’s not a real busy street. When you enter the home it’s very neat and clean looking but could use a proper cleaning. The pull out couch had crumbs and dirt in it and we found a hair clip from a previous person. To us there was a slight musty smell in the back bedroom and laundry area but was not noticeable in the front of the apartment. When we stayed, there was a person in the upper part of the apartment but never was bothersome and never saw nor heard them. You’ll notice the floor is unlevel in multiple spots. Neighborhood is quiet and owner is pet friendly just clean up after your pets. Access to the pet area is a little frustrating, there’s no gate so you have to go through a small opening. Price vs what you get is a little high but it’s fair given it’s location, no extra pet fees, allows pet, and neat in appearance.
