About this house rental
Our cozy 4 bedroom home will be the perfect getaway for families, couples or ladies getaways. We are located in the heart of Sugarcreek with easy access to restaurants, bakeries, shopping, wineries, entertainment and cheese.
There are 4 upstairs bedrooms (3 Queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 kids tent with twin mattress). Full bath upstairs, with shower and tub.
Downstairs we have a daybed and trundle, which can accommodate 2 people. This is helpful for those that do not feel comfortable walking up the steps. Downstairs full bath includes a shower only.
The large living area has plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy the 52" HD smart television with Hulu/Netflix accounts. High speed Wi-Fi is included. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge, coffee pot and toaster. Basic pots and pans, along with dishes are provided. The dining room can seat 6 people with plenty of room to eat in the living area also.
Nice patio with small tables and chairs and a fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs. Bring your own wood.
Small pets (under 40 lbs.) are welcomed for an additional fee. Please clean up after them outside.

The pictures were pretty accurate but for the money it could have been somewhat cleaner ( my daughter swept dust from under the tv stand), when we stripped the beds one pillow had blood spots on it and a couple other pillows were sweat stained.

Cosy house. Good location to be able to visit surrounding towns. Bedrooms are located upstairs. A little tricky for us older people. Plenty of room for relaxing and meals.

Charming home. Enjoyed bringing our dog. Appreciated all the Amish country info. to plan our stay. Close to everything. Very easy check in. Hosts easy to communicate with. Will stay again.

It’s a very nice area to stay in. However, for having so many rules, the property could’ve been in better shape. The dust, old paper towels behind furniture, and barely any AC upstairs left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Wanting you to do dishes with a leaking pipe is beyond me. Love the area but would not stay here again.
