Charming house with plenty of room. Host was very quick to respond with questions. The location of the house was great!

Needs some cleaning on back deck. Had to clean chairs and table before using. Gives a bad impression when first seeing the place.

The host was excellent at communication and promptly responded. The air conditioner stopped working (NO fault of theirs) and it was a very hot day with heat warnings. They promptly took care of calling for a service technician who got it up and running again. It is an older home with all the bedrooms upstairs and can be challenging for older people to navigate the stairs. There is a day bed downstairs that we used for an older family member. The water temperature in the downstairs shower needs adjusted as it's too hot or too cold. The cleaning crew does an ok job but they could do better for the hosts. We appreciated that they allow you to bring your pet as that can be a hard accommodation to find.
