We loved our stay at Carlin’s house. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Carlin and her husband, Mike, were very helpful and available whenever we had questions.
We were 25 minutes away from Lido Key, 25 minutes from Siesta Key, and 30 from Turtle beach.
We also enjoyed the local establishments. Many of them have live music nightly. Lots of shopping close by as well.
The location is in a neighborhood, which was perfect for our daily walk.
We spent a month there and still have places we want to see and things we want to do. When we return to Sarasota we would definitely want to stay at their place again.

Nice place, enjoyed our stay , had everything we needed. Everything looked nice clean and new . Beds were comfortably. Shower was nice and hot. We were on the go alot , but it was very nice to have a little home to come back to and relax. We had no problems getting in and owners checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and was perfect for morning walks. My favorites were the fenced in outdoor space and the proximity to all local activities in Sarasota.
