Great place to relax. Pool was refreshing and very enjoyable. House was clean and comfortable. Nothing missing. Neighborhood has some great restaurants that you can walk too.

The property was newly renovated and clean. Plenty of space for a few people. TVs in every room. The pool was heated too. Close to Publix and restaurants.
Only complaint is that the pool cleaner was during our stay.

Liked the layout of the house, the pool area was private and laundry was on -site. The house has been very nicely decorated. Check out process is very simple.
Sheets on beds were not cotton and it's way too hot in Florida, for that. Thermostat sets itself to 78 degrees in the middle of the night. Too high of a temperature for sleeping.

The house is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The location is good although the house is in a bit older neighborhood. The place is super clean and we truly appreciated being fully equipped with all you would ever need. Even the coffee was included. There are plenty of grocery stores within 1 min drive. Downtown and the beaches are 15 min away. Overall our rating would be 4 1/2 stars.
Not much we didn't like but a few small things: the mattresses were a bit firm, the pool water seemed to have a weird green color. No local tv channels...
