3BR/3BA with panoramic ocean views from two decks, a beachside fire pit for sunset evenings, and everything your family and dogs need for the perfect beach escape.
Sleeps 8 with beach toys, body boards, s'mores setup, pack-n-play, fast WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Walk to restaurants and shops.

South Oceanside is a laid-back beach neighborhood with a surf-town soul. You're within walking distance of local coffee shops, craft breweries, restaurants, and boutiques along Coast Highway and the pier area. Buccaneer Beach — one of Oceanside's best for surfing and snorkeling — is just a few houses away.
The Oceanside Pier and Harbor are a short walk or bike ride north, with whale-watching tours, boat rentals, and harbor-side dining.
For families: Legoland is about 10 minutes away in Carlsbad. San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are 35 miles south; Disneyland is about an hour north — making this a great home base for a Southern California trip .The weekly Sunset Market downtown features live music, food vendors, and a great family atmosphere. Don't miss the local taco shops, the California Surf Museum, or a sunset stroll along the strand. Flip-flops are practically required here.
Smart lock entry — your unique code is sent before arrival. You have full access to the entire home including all three levels, both oceanfront decks, the beach and fire pit area, outdoor beach shower, and all beach gear in storage (chairs, umbrellas, body boards, sand toys, cooler).
The fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and charcoal BBQ are all yours to use. A dedicated workspace with monitor is set up in the living area.
Free street parking is available directly in front of the house and across the street — no permits needed.
MAIN LEVEL: Open-concept kitchen, living, and dining with floor-to-ceiling ocean views. 65" Smart TV. Split AC. Sliding doors to oceanfront deck with dining for 8. Breakfast nook and island seating. Full-size washer/dryer. Queen bedroom with private bath and AC. Bunk room with full-over-full beds, twin trundle, and AC. Both rooms have closet space and are perfect for kids.
DOWNSTAIRS: King primary suite with ocean views, pull-out queen sofa, 65" Smart TV, split AC, private bath, and covered deck overlooking the beach and fire pit.
BEACH LEVEL: Fire pit with seating for 7+, beach storage with chairs, umbrellas, body boards, sand toys, and an outdoor shower.
This is a very walkable neighborhood — most restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach are all within a few blocks. You won't need a car for day-to-day beach life.
For exploring further: the Oceanside Transit Center is nearby with Coaster commuter rail service along the coast (great for car-free day trips to Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, or downtown San Diego). The Sprinter light rail connects east to Escondido.
If you're driving, I-5 and Highway 101 (Coast Highway) are both easily accessible. San Diego International Airport is about 35 minutes south. Ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) are readily available.
Bike rentals and electric scooters from Ride O'side are a fun way to cruise the 3.5 miles of coastline.
Home is in an amazing spot for those who love to surf and snorkel. Private sand fire-pit area sits above the public beach which can be accessed
via nearby public access points (ex. Buckaneer & Cassidy St Beach) Experienced beachgoers sometimes use the shoreline rocks behind the house at low tide at their own risk, but this is not a maintained or designated access route.
No smoking anywhere on the property. Street cleaning happens twice per month — please check posted signs to avoid a ticket. Free street parking with no permits required.
Firewood is not provided for the fire pit but is often available from previous guests. Fire starters and a lighter are in the beach storage area.
A charcoal BBQ is provided with charcoal / lighter and tools.

We’ve stayed at many different short term rentals all over the country, and this one by far tops all of them! The place was spotless, views were breathtaking and to top it off, the owners took the time to ensure all the little things were thought about -even a surprise basket full of items to make s’mores at the fire pit! Location was close to some walking distance restaurants and just a short drive to the next town over if you wanted other options. We left after a week of blissful rest, beautiful sunsets and salty air, fully recharged. Thank you for the wonderful memories Aloha helped us create!

Excellent stay! Cozy, beachfront honeymoon! Excellent sunsets, dinners on the patio, blankets and pillows everywhere you might want them, user friendly, sturdy, clean, well-kept! Renata was kind, friendly, available, and attentive. Looking forward to coming again!

This house was right on the ocean, and although you couldn’t really access the beach due to the tide, there was a sand area at the bottom level to play in.
The master bedroom was on the lower level, & was nice & spacious. The closet was large but the bathroom was small.
The living area was on the main level along with the secondary bedrooms. The living area was big and had a nice big table, couch and 2 armchairs and a laundry area.
The kitchen was big and fully equipped.
The room with the bunk beds had a nice big closet & room on the floor beside the bed to pull out the trundle.
The upstairs room with the queen bed was quite small, & didn’t have a closet. They did, however have hooks on the wall to hang jackets, etc. This room had a small attached bathroom, but it had a shower & was sufficient. There was another bathroom in the hallway with a stand up shower.
The location was a bit farther from the pier than we had hoped, and we definitely had to drive to access the beach (which was somewhat difficult because of parking). It was nice being right on the water and hearing the waves crash against the rocks.
The house had a/c, however it looks like the 2 bedrooms upstairs were an addition and there was no a/c in those rooms. They provided a lot of floor fans, however it was still very hot when trying to sleep, even w
