About this house rental
Lofty, spacious, family hideaway! Cozy up with your besties in style. Sunshine Villa is the perfect place to stay for group trips. Located just South of Asheville and Arden, near the airport and I-26, tons of S. AVL shopping and restaurants, a short drive to the Biltmore house or downtown AVL or even apple country in Hendersonville. Tucked away, peaceful location right off the bustling Mills Gap Rd. and Hendersonville Rd. arteries. Bright and airy, plenty of space, and all the amenities.
The house has a king bedroom with en-suite jaccuzzi tub. A second bedroom with queen bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds share the second hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. A fourth bonus room, with full/twin trundle can be found on the basement level. Please note there is no bathroom on the basement level. The dining and living areas are open for entertaining. Full kitchen has all the amenities of home. Beautiful spacious back deck and front porch for sitting. Downstairs is the perfect place to watch a football game or play ping pong. Don't forget to roast smores by the firepit!

We had a group aging from 9 months - 54 yrs old and it was everything we needed and more. Very clean, everything there we needed and we cooked several meals including Christmas dinner. The can opener was broken and when I let owner know just for reference she had one delivered to us ! If we come back to Asheville I would definitely stay again.

This property was just as described in the listing and met all of our needs. House was clean and had open concept so we could gather easily in the living room. The table was perfect for 8 of us to enjoy Thanksgiving meal. There was a list for places to shop, dine and visit. Location was easy drive to Chimney Rock state park and the Biltmore mansion.

We are a college family of 20+ years and gathered for what is becoming our almost annual get together. This house was perfect for adults and kids. There was so much room for us all to spread out and come together all at the same time!!!

This house was in an awesome location, close to our fave spots - Riveter, Sierra Nevada, downtown AVL and Hendersonville.
The owner was very easy to talk with and accessible during our stay (had to ask how to turn on the fireplace).
The only thing that I was not aware of was the main road being so close to the house. It’s high up on a hill however, the traffic noise was almost non-stop. That was the only downfall otherwise the house was immaculate, super well decorated, had all the bells & whistles and our children loved the downstairs basement!
It was an awesome Easter weekend for us all! Would highly recommend!
