Escape to the countryside of the mountains~ enjoy a huge private backyard equipped with a hot tub, expansive deck, & fire pit. 3 bedrooms plus a pull out sofa in the living room sleeps a total of 12. Perfect for family reunions & friend gatherings! A peaceful oasis conveniently located in Arden, south of Asheville with quick access to I-26. 20 mins from Downtown Asheville, 10 mins to Asheville airport, 10 mins to Biltmore Park, 10 mins to the NC Arboretum. Pet friendly!

Gather for a movie night in the posh living room, which is fitted with a sleeper sofa and a 58 smart TV.

Create delicious dishes in the pristine kitchen, which provides a full suite of appliances, as well as ample counter space.
When meals are ready, gather at the six-person dining table. The kitchen bar also accommodates four.

This home sleeps 12 guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Find comfort in the peaceful master bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed and a twin-size bed (with twin trundle below). The en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom provides a queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a 43 smart TV.
The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
Sleep soundly in bedroom three, appointed with a queen-size bed.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The amazing wooded landscape features a sprawling lawn for games and relaxation. Afternoon cookouts are a breeze with a gas grill and alfresco dining on the deck. Star gaze from the hot tub at night!
