About this house rental
Located in the heart of Indian Wells, this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is the perfect place to relax and recharge in a community with multiple pools and tennis courts.
The community features multiple pools and tennis courts, and is situated just minutes away from El Paseo shops, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and multiple golf clubs.
The space
The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom enjoys its own en suite full bathroom, allowing for plenty of privacy. Each bedroom also has its own access to a patio area (the primary suite enjoys its own patio).
The home's living room and dining area are spacious and light filled, with tall ceilings and neutral tones. It's the perfect place to lounge and relax. The living room also features a large flat screen TV (no cable, but you can sign into Netflix, HBO and other streaming services).
The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open concept and provide access to the back back patio where you can enjoy the incredible desert view. The home makes for great indoor/outdoor living and is only steps away from one of the many community pools and hot tubs. And for those that play tennis, there are multiple tennis courts in the community to enjoy - also just steps from the back door.
The back patio also features a gas grill, outdoor seating area, and 2 bean bag lounge chairs that are the best place to enjoy a cocktail or coffee.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and equipment plus a Keurig for those that make coffee at home.
Bedroom #1: The primary suite has a king bed with premium mattress, en suite bathroom with dual sinks and large shower, and an oversized walk in closet. The primary bedroom also has a large flat screen TV and a nice private patio with chaise lounges, misters, and is accented with beautiful pink bougainvillea plants.
Bedroom #2: The guest bedroom pays homage to the fun Palm Springs vibe, with tastefully vibrant wallpaper and a stunning rose colored sofa. The bedroom also has a king bed with premium mattress and has an en-suite bathroom. All our guests have complimented how wonderful the shower is in this bathroom! The bedroom also overlooks a patio with a charming tree that attracts all the hummingbirds... you're sure to see a few if the weather is right!
Bedroom #3: The third bedroom can function as an office space or bedroom. It features a premium pull out sofa from West Elm, a beautiful desk, and clothing rack with storage for all of your outfits and personal items. This bedroom/office also has an en-suite bathroom with spacious countertops, oversized mirror, and a shower with tub.
The home has a 2 car garage plus driveway parking.

This home provides a great escape to the Palm Desert area. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is well-appointed. The communication was easy, accurate, and prompt.
While everything was great I offer the following (not criticisms at all):
1. The bed in the primary bedroom was firm, very firm. It surprised me, but I slept well.
2. The room was very bright as soon as the sun came up. I recommend an eye mask for people who like darker rooms.

Great property! I would absolutely stay again. Alison was more than accommodating, house is clean spacious and comfortable (best bed I have slept on, better than the one I have at home).
