Elegant and spacious fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath house located behind the gates of Los Lagos in the prestigious city of Indian Wells. The property sits steps from the year round heated pool and jacuzzi and a very short scenic walk through meandering streams and waterfalls to the tennis and pickleball courts. The house has a wet bar, 3 Sonos speakers, 2 fireplaces, and 5 flat screen TVs. In close proximity to El Paseo, Palm Springs, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, and other area attractions.
Entire home including two car garage is available for your next desert vacation! There are three bedrooms all with Smart TVs and the following bed setup: Master has a king mattress with large closet and private bathroom featuring a shower, oversized tub, and double vanity. Master has a 60" LG Smart TV and a private exit to the outdoor pool patio and pool areas. Bedroom #2 features a king mattress with closet and a 50" Vizio Smart TV. Bedroom #3 features a two extra-long twin beds pushed together as a king configuration along with a 50" TCL TV. Bathroom #2 features a shower/tub setup. Bathroom #3 has a shower.
Living room features tall cathedral ceilings, an atmospheric fire place, comfy sofas, a game desk, 3 Sonos speakers, and a 60" Samsung Smart TV. It also has views of the pool area, indoor dining table, and kitchen in the open floor plan. Nice chess and backgammon sets are available for guest use and fun. High speed w-ifi internet and basic Spectrum cable are included. The den facing the street has a gas fireplace and 40" TV along with comfy sofa and reading chair.
Kitchen is modern and well stocked with drip coffee maker, nespresso coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, blender, warming drawer, pots, pans, glasses (wine, mugs, cups), plates, bowls, oven, stove, utensils, silverware, fridge with ice in door with water dispenser, extra fridge in garage, cooking basics: oil, salt & pepper. Many more kitchen items provided not listed. Guest starter kit includes coffee, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner. Indoor dining room table seats eight. There is a large granite work desk between the kitchen and den with a printer.
Side outdoor patio area features a propane BBQ grill island with small fridge and three tables with chairs for outdoor dining. There are tables and lounge chairs outside of the living and master rooms for morning coffee or laying out on a towel in the warm sun. Two car garage and washer/dryer are available for guest use. This property was perfect for a Nov. getaway from the weather conditions up north. The development was quiet, neighbours were friendly and the home was as described in the listing. No surprises. The homeowner, Diane, was a delight to deal with before and during our stay providing prompt, friendly replies that went well beyond the typical guest/manager interactions.

We were two couples renting the house for a month. We found it to be spacious, clean and comfortable. The setting with the small ponds and water way was beautiful with direct proximity to one of the neighborhood pools/hot tub.
The owners were very responsive to any comments or questions we had.
