Treat yourself to a getaway in this lovely 50 m² single-storey house, completely renovated in 2022, which can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Ideally located in a peaceful and residential area, the railway is close but the area is quiet.

Discover a warm interior with a bright living room that invites you to relax. The independent, modern and well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, Tassimo, kettle, fridge-freezer, induction hob, toaster) opens onto a magnificent south-facing terrace. Equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs and a parasol, it is the perfect place for your outdoor barbecues!

The house has two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and the other with two single beds (90x190). You will appreciate the functional bathroom, with heated towel rail and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet. For your convenience, an attached garage is available to store your bikes and beach equipment safely.
🧺 Included and On Request Services
Upon arrival, we offer you a practical cleaning kit including toilet paper, paper towels, a new sponge and various products. On request, we provide free of charge:
- Baby cot, bathtub and high chair (reservation in advance and subject to availability).
Rental conditions:
- Bed linen: €5.00 per bed (reservation in advance).
- Towel kit: 3€ per person (reservation in advance).
- Beach towels: €15 for 4 bath towels (reservation in advance subject to availability).
- Deposit: 400 €
- Tourist taxes: to be paid on arrival.
- End-of-stay cleaning: €50 (€20 for stays of less than 3 days).
The house is semi-detached to another identical property, ideal for holidays with friends or family!
