L'appartement est très bien placé par rapport à la plage du Boisvinet, 10 minutes à pied.
Son atout est la vue, balcon agréable.
Place de parking.
Il est très bien équipé, propre.
le seul inconvénient pour nous, ce fut le canapé du salon
très inconfortable, il faudrait le changer.
la literie est correct.
