About this apartment rental
On the top floor, you’ll find: 1 living room with a dining area, a small kitchenette, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the balcony. The bedroom has a double bed, 1.60 x 2.00 m. The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the house.
We have a garage available for your bicycles.
A washing machine and dryer are available on the first floor (laundry room) (for a fee).
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.
General amenities
Kitchenette: dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 2 TVs, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.
Vacation Apartment 7 (33 sqm) is located on the top floor and features a balcony (facing the parking lot). Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building.
Included in the rental price:

- Final cleaning
The prices for our vacation apartments are always valid for stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.
Attachment:
The Hoch am Wind house offers modern living at reasonable prices. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near the beautiful family lagoon. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house; for the comfort of all guests, we ask smokers to use the balcony or terrace. In the ground-floor apartments, one pet is allowed upon request; all apartments include a parking space, and a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in a separate laundry room. Extra beds are available in some units for a fee.

Eine tolle Wohnung, bis auf zugige Dachfenster und das Bad. Hier wurden nur Boden und Möbel erneuert, wobei die Dusche/Brause, Toilette und Waschbecken ebenfalls dringend erneuert werden müssten.
Sauber war es ebenfalls, bis auf einen Beutel mit Zigarettenkippen und einigen Glasscherben auf dem Balkon!
Ansonsten top renoviert, sehr hell und freundlich.

Sehr schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen. Die Einrichtung fanden wir sehr schön und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Hier ein paar kleinere negative Sachen die uns aufgefallen sind.
Der Duschvorhang der in der Höhe zu kurz war ( Überschwemmungsgefahr ) und beim duschen immer am Körper klebte, geht gar nicht !! Da besteht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf !!
Der Rauchmelder in der Küche, wo man kocht, macht auch kein Sinn.
Und als letzten Punkt wäre der Sonnenschirmständer und der Tisch auf dem Balkon. Der Balkon ist zu klein dafür. Hier würde ich einen kleineren Klapptisch der am Geländer befestigt wird und den man bei Bedarf hochklappen kann empfehlen und anstatt des Sonnenschirmständer, eine Markise.
Sonst war alles top!!
