About this apartment rental
1 living room with dining area, a small kitchenette, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the balcony. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a TV. The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the building.
We have a garage available for your bicycles.
A washing machine and dryer are available on the first floor (laundry room) (for a fee).
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

Kitchenette: dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 2 TVs, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.
Vacation Apartment 8 (33 sqm) is located on the top floor and features a balcony (facing Föhrer Weg). Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building.

The prices for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

The Hoch am Wind house offers modern living at reasonable prices. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and near the beautiful family lagoon. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house; for the comfort of all guests, we ask smokers to use the balcony or terrace. In the ground-floor apartments, one pet is allowed upon request; all apartments include a parking space, and a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in a separate laundry room. Additional beds are available in some apartments for a fee.

Die Lage, Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Die Zimmeraufteilung fanden wir sehr gut. Mit der Dusche muß man sich etwas arrangieren!

Es war wieder eine sehr schöne Woche, wie immer wurde von der Buchung bis zur Abreise alles kompetent und unkompliziert abgewickelt. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für diese Wohnung mehr als ok. Top ist, dass die Wohnung mit 2 TV ausgestattet ist. Gerne wieder.
