Logement avec bcp de potentiel. Dommage que la chaleur soit désagréable. Les ventilateurs n'apportent rien vu que l'air est chaud. Un investissement en climatisation changerait tout.

Appartement spacieux
Un ménage de fond doit être fait: murs, plinthes, congélateur ... Les toilettes au milieu du salon qui en plus, ne ferment pas. Appart très bien pour 4 mais pas plus: le canapé convertible n'est pas qualitatif pour dormir Porte d'entrée à changer > pas d'insonorisation

La Situation géographique, principalement ! Les salles de bain privatives.
L'appartement pourrait être plus attractif s'il y avait un minimum de résolution de petits problèmes qui viennent un peu ternir la prestation... Mais cela n'est pas rédhibitoire ! - Machine à café entartrée, - Accoudoir Canapé un peu disloqué, - Assise d'une chaise cassée.
