Posizione ottima. Stanza nella roccia. Economica.
Stanza gelida. Al piano di sopra secchi pieno di acqua raccoglievano le perdite d’acqua dalla roccia. Stanza rumorosa ad ogni passaggio di auto sulla strada. Lavandino del bagno eccessivamente piccolo.
