The house was big enough to fit our whole family, which was great, and it was nice having enough beds for everyone. We brought pack n plays for the infants. And it was helpful for them to be able to take naps in a bedroom! The house is just a basic house. Not really a whole lot of extras. But the space was big enough to fit our needs. Like others have said the yard both in front and back are overgrown. And we did have an issue with the water for showers. We communicated with the owner and he said that if it persisted, he'd get someone to look at it. We were there for a short time, but the issue was there the whole time, so I think that will need to be taken care of.I don't think the owner had time to really get someone out to take a look at what the problem could have been. The owner was pleasant enough to communicate with, and so hopefully just the communication will help so that the problem is taken care of. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and it was really close to the freeway and so that made our travels easy.

We had 2 families and several friends for about 14 people and it was so nice to have all of those bedrooms! The house was pretty basic, but very clean. I almost wanted to go buy some pictures from goodwill and put them on the walls. The bathroom situation was a little tight but doable for that many people. The yard is as not very manicured. Grass looked dead. Would have been nice to have a fire and chairs in the backyard. It said there was a bbq grill so we had food to grill but there was not a grill. The stove didn’t work and we had to fix it ourselves. The dryer door wouldn’t stay closed and we had to buy duct tape to keep it closed. The owner didn’t offer any reimbursement for the stove issue but did offer to reimburse us for the duct tape, but did not end up doing so. The kitchen was open and had all the basics that we needed. It was nice to have the living room to use upstairs as well as the game room downstairs. I understand it recently got new owners or managers so I’m sure it takes a little time to get things fixed and up to par. The price was pretty decent in comparison to others in the area. So all in all we had a good stay and it worked out well for our family. Not luxury, but didn’t kill our pocketbook.

The property was just a couple streets off the freeway exit, so really easy to access. but not so close that there was any road noise.
Overall, decent place to stay. Nothing fancy, but lots of space, clean, no hassle.

The house was large enough to accommodate our family, each couple had their own room which made it worth the cost. The house is older and a bit run down with a lot of do it yourself fixes. We are a family that likes to cook and eat when we are together and the kitchen ware was very sparse. Had a coffee pot but couldn't find coffee cups. They had a nice media game room but they didnt work very well, don't know if batteries were low or what. The little ones couldn't go out back to play because it was weed grown and dogs barked every time we went out. We stayed three days with the kids coming on the second day and was supposed to stay two days but they only stayed the one night.
