In the heart of the Provençal countryside, a contemporary and elegant house with swimming pool.
Nestled in a quiet pine forest, only 500 m from the village of Murs, this single-storey house, facing south. without vis-à-vis, offers all the comforts you are looking for for an ideal holiday with family or friends.
Ideal location to discover the village of Roussillon, Gordes, ... and the region.

This property offers you:
- A living room with TV, fireplace, a bar area and a dining area opening onto a covered terrace, the garden and the swimming pool.
- A kitchen open to the living room, modern, functional with new equipment.
- A covered terrace with outdoor furniture for aperitifs or meals.
- A master suite on the first floor overlooking the garden with a double bed, a loggia, a walk-in shower, two sinks and air conditioning.
- Two bedrooms with double beds without air conditioning.
- A bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washing machine.
The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes or storage, they are all bright.
The maximum sleeping capacity is therefore 6 people.
The garage is reserved for the owners but 2 entrances for cars allow four vehicles to be parked in a secure space.
Outside:
- a 10x5 swimming pool with terrace, facing south with an unobstructed view, in a green area. The private swimming pool is not heated. An alarm secures the pool.
- two terraces have tables for lunch in the sun or shade.
- a 3500 m² garden with trees, illuminated, open to the countryside.
Please note:
* a deposit check of 600 € will be requested on arrival or by bank transfer.
* Linen: is extra for stays of less than 7 nights, 15€ per person for the sheet and towel kit.
* Cleaning (120 €) and household linen are to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. Intermediate cleaning is possible and chargeable in addition, to be requested on arrival.
* Opening period of the swimming pool: from 01/06 to 30/09
* air conditioning only in the master bedroom.
* Heating of the house from 01/11 to 15/03: an additional cost is to be expected, invoiced on the basis of electricity consumption or a flat rate to be paid on arrival.
To finalize the rental we request:
- validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of identity documents.
- provide a "vacation" or "vacation" type insurance certificate in the name of the signatory.

The house is very quiet, conducive to rest and relaxation. We prefer to insist on the residential character of the neighborhood and the need to respect the calm of the place, hence the choice not to accept parties or parties.
