Via Celere 2376 Beach & Golf

The apartment is in a fairly new block near the top of a hill inland from Playa Ancha. On Google maps, look for Casares Dona Julia - the resort is so new that it does not appear on Google street view. Our apartment was on the first floor and had a big balcony with a good view.

On first arrival the apartment looked very nice - as though it had been "dressed" for presentation. However, basic necessities for an expensive apartment were missing. No mats for both showers, no soap in the dispensers, no tea towel, no washing up liquid etc. Also, there is a E120 cleaning charge and yet renters are told to remove all rubbish and leave the place tidy. WHAT DOES THE CLEANER DO FOR E120. If you still decide to book it, ensure you take some necessities. There were NO instructions for the 'posh' coffee makers, the dishwasher (not used) or the air conditioner. There is only a small "play" pool for potentially 100+ guests and about 30 sunbeds. The ZAP office is not manned at weekends, which is probably most change-over days. If you are running a 7-day business you should have someone available 24/7. We gave a comprehensive list of the faults to the office. We will not be returning.

Magnifique logement à tout point de vue.. Logement se trouvant dans une zone résidentielle, très bien sécurisé, au calme et proche de toutes commodités... Agencement de l'appartement, ustensiles de cuisine, mobilier, literie, très belle terrasse vue sur mer... Tout était parfait!! L'appartement est gérer par l'agence Zapholiday.eu. C'est vraiment une très bonne agence, serviable, compétente et très professionnelle. A recommander!!
