brand new modern and luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with an unique corner location, whereby it has both, magnificent views over the Mediterranean sea, as well as beautiful panoramic views of the mountain, Sierra Bermeja. The complex is surrounded by the golf course of Dona Julia golf club and it is located just 800m from the beach, which can easily be reached by foot within 10 minutes.The complex offers a large swimming pool with sea views, disabled chair access, inside/outside gym, a communal social room and area. There is secure underground parking. It is less than 5 minutes drive from the port of La Duquesa, with its many Spanish as well as international restaurants and provides a very nice authentic local vibe. It is also less than 10 minutes from the prestigious marina of Sotogrande and the charming town of Estepona. You can also take a short 25 minute drive to the world famous port of Marbella, Puerto Banus.There are many activities on offer. Estepona and Sotogrande are rightly considered ideal for family holidays or golfing in southern Spain. There are other sports centres such as polo, tennis and paddle clubs, numerous beach clubs and beach restaurants.This lovely, beautifully furnished 3 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor and is arranged over one floor. The large 42m² south-east facing terrace offers wonderful panoramic views to the sea and the mountains. Enter the apartment and follow into the large open plan kitchen lounge. The lounge is stylishly furnished with a sofa, armchair, large Smart TV and dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the facilities you will need for a home from home holiday. The terrace is furnished with a second dining table and chairs, sofa and chairs and sun beds.The master bedroom has a super king size bed and enjoys access to the terrace and an en suite shower room. The 2 guest bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds and share the use of the guest shower room.The grill/barbecue can installed based on the guest’s request.

The staff provided a new garage door battery when it was needed, we almost got stuck inside (had to work out how to manually open).
The bedding in the twin rooms - awful! The sheets did not fit properly, they rucked up and came loose. Plus, pillow cases should not be open to the actual pillow (they were and at both ends). Try putting better fitting pillow cases, or putting 2 cases on!
There was no sun shade on the balcony. Yes, there is the beam above but this could not be moved!
The pictures have a bbq, no idea where this was.
Minor: The fridge door could easily be swapped round so that it opens more logically!

Great apartment recently built with the most amazing views. There is a great communal pool on site and nearby an internal air conditioned gym and an external gym. The on site restaurant is great and reasonably priced but closes at 1900hrs. The walk down to the beach is about fifteen or twenty minutes.
