Nette Ferienwohnung an super Lage

Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr grosszügig, die Räume verfügen über ein Klimagerät.

Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass es nur eine Dusche hat.

Geräumige Villa an toller Lage mit Aussicht

Das Haus liegt an einer tollen Lage, man ist zu Fuss in fünf Minuten an der Fussgängermeile von Ascona. So kann man einen schönen Abend vorne am See geniessen und anschliessend zu Fuss nach Hause gehen. Die Terrassen sind sehr gross; wir haben mehrheitlich die Terrasse auf der westlichen Seite genutzt und genossen. Es kommt sofort südländisches Ferien-Feeling auf, wenn man auf der schönen Terrasse im bequemen Klappsessel liegt!

Our second home away from home

Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb von Ascona. Wir konnten vom Schlafzimmerbalkon das Feuerwerk am 1.1.25 sehr gut beobachten. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuss beim Lungolago oder am Monte Verita. Es gibt verschiedene Wege, die man nehmen kann und einen zur Villa gehörenden Aussenparkplatz

Alles war so, wie wir es erwartet haben und bei den letzten Aufenthalten kennen- und schätzen gelernt haben
