Such a fantastic space for a large group, it's bigger than the photos lead you to believe. 19 of us and we all had plenty of room, the games room and hot tub are a great bonus. Very well equipped with everything you need. We had a great time and would return!
In all honestly, the house could do with a professional deep clean. The majority of it is acceptably clean but if you go looking you will find some areas that could do with a bit more attention. However we did understand it was a BIG house to clean.
Shower drainage needs a bit of attention and there are a few cobwebs about! BUT it wasn't so bad that we wouldn't return.

Big property with plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone and in good area
It’s one of the dirtiest properties I have ever stayed in . I understand the property has been sold and perhaps we were the last ones to stay in there .one of the showers plug hole was full of hair and one bathroom was full of cobwebs in fact most of the rooms were full cobwebs and the clothes rail were thick with dust. The kitchen cupboards were full of stains , the cooker was all dirty on the outside . The cushions outside a lot of them was damp . The sink in the utility room was filthy . All in all not one of us would stay there again . Sorry to be writing a review like this but the whole house needs a deep clean
