Excellent space and well equipped house for a large group

Such a fantastic space for a large group, it's bigger than the photos lead you to believe. 19 of us and we all had plenty of room, the games room and hot tub are a great bonus. Very well equipped with everything you need. We had a great time and would return!

In all honestly, the house could do with a professional deep clean. The majority of it is acceptably clean but if you go looking you will find some areas that could do with a bit more attention. However we did understand it was a BIG house to clean. Shower drainage needs a bit of attention and there are a few cobwebs about! BUT it wasn't so bad that we wouldn't return.

Big property with plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone and in good area

It’s one of the dirtiest properties I have ever stayed in . I understand the property has been sold and perhaps we were the last ones to stay in there .one of the showers plug hole was full of hair and one bathroom was full of cobwebs in fact most of the rooms were full cobwebs and the clothes rail were thick with dust. The kitchen cupboards were full of stains , the cooker was all dirty on the outside . The cushions outside a lot of them was damp . The sink in the utility room was filthy . All in all not one of us would stay there again . Sorry to be writing a review like this but the whole house needs a deep clean

The house was perfect for our big family get together . The indoor and outdoor space are excellent for a family group. House was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hosts have gone to great lengths to provide everything you need and extra nice touches too such as biscuits , coffee milk juice there for us on arrival. The outdoor space is lovely and wish we could have stayed during this weeks warm weather as it offers a huge garden and lovely terrace with hot tub large covered seating area , huge bbq and sun beds . Absolutely recommend this lovely house for a big family get together . We had 19 of us ranging from 1 yr to 86 yrs and everyone loved it .

The house was incredible, 15 of us went down to this property and absolutely loved it. Plenty of space and just a short drive away from the beach. Would definitely look to book again and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent in all respects

There was nothing not to like about the house, its faclities and postion! We loved it all and enjoyed every moment of our stay.

One of the windows in the main sitting room was open a little at the top, as it was windy this caused a draght, sadly it was painted shut so we could not close it.

a great place to celebrate with friends and family with lots of amenities to do.

It was a large property with lots of amenities. for those tho took public transport, it was quite close to closest bus and train stations and there was quite a lot of activities we could do at the property that we didn’t feel like we needed to explore town (we still did but definitely didn’t need to!) the property is clearly made for large group bookings and there’s enough parking space for all guests to park around the property. the property is visually stunning and the pictures truly don’t do it justice. the common rooms were great and we enjoyed the games and cinema room quite a lot! it’s a great place to book for large bookings whether it’s a family reunion, a friends gathering or a work booking.

this isn’t really a dislike and maybe more of a council thing, but we had quite a lot of recycling but there wasn’t a large recycling bin to put our stuff in.

A very comfortable and relaxing stay!

The property is perfect for gatherings and everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen is massive, with a very spacious dining room for our full 15 adult 3 children group. The views of the rolling hills when you wake up in the morning are an added bonus! On top of that you have the lovely games room with pool table, table tennis and air hockey, and a 4K projector to boot! The hot tub is marvellous and shops are just a few minutes away. The host was very helpful with any queries we had before and during the trip. I would highly recommend anyone to book this property, it is very family friendly and caters to your every need. We will definitely be returning for our next gathering :)
