Very negative and not as all as expected for our ski vacation.

The location and Everline Resort itself is excellent. Spa and fitness facilities great. Access to ski lift and ski valet excellent.

The units were not at all as advertised. First, the HVAC unit was not functioning. The fireplace was also broken so we couldn't get heat from this. The extra blankets in the closet were filthy. No duvet covers were on the inserts which were dirty so we couldn't even use these for warmth. Finally after 2 days of no heat the property manager sent out 3 space heaters. He sent out 1 full size duvet cover for 2 queen and 1 king bed which obviously did not work. The carpeting is very worn and dirty. I tried to be forgiving in the first couple of days but it got pretty ridiculous. I was told that I was to receive a partial refund but that was last week and nothing has appeared as a credit. I reached out via the vacasa app and sent a message and haven't gotten any response. I would not stay in this unit unless it was completely redone and heat restored. I am a frequent air bnb/vrbo customer and even list my property on these sites so am normally very forgiving and have never had an experience like this. I would stay at the Everline resort though, and rent through the resort as the facility itself is very convenient and beautiful.

I do think the room needs to be refreshed. The furniture etc needs to be replaced soon.
