La atención de la agencia externa que lleva el alojamiento y la casa en sí.
Que el personal de mantenimiento entre en la propiedad sin avisar. Aparecen de repente dentro de la parcela, estés cómo estés. En nuestro caso, estábamos en la zona de piscina y apareció un señor sin más. Había abierto la verja y entró sin avisar y sin pedir permiso. Venía a limpiar la piscina, pero no me parece correcto. Así como que no admitan mascotas ( no pudimos llevar a nuestro perro) pero el Señor de mantenimiento apareció con un perro enorme, sin tener en cuenta si era o no de nuestro agrado.
Las mosquiteras están rotas y la cristalera que accede a la piscina está inmanejable.

Das Ferienhaus war sauber und die Lage, je nachdem was man unternehmen möchte, war gut.
Wenn man zu viert drinnen essen oder zusammensitzen ist nur bedingt möglich, da der halbrunde Tisch an der Bar die Möglichkeit nicht bietet. Ebenso ist die Couch für 4 Personen zu klein. Weiterhin ist die Ausstattung in der Küche „naja“. Töpfe die auf den Induktionsherd nicht gehen, eine Kaffeemaschine wo die Hälfte fehlt, sowie kein Salz, Pfeffer oder Kaffeefilter sodass alles erst gekauft werden muss.

Spacious, nice location but completely different to the address on booking.com
1. The location is NOT the address on booking.com which is supposed to be in Portimao but instead it’s miles away outside the city…the location was actually the address listed for picking up the keys. I wouldn’t have chosen this location if I had known this in advance, this is misleading advertising.
2. The shower (which is an old model shower head connected to the water taps in the bath) in the main bedroom didn’t work, only a trickle of water came out and it was cold. We had to use the other bathroom with the same type of shower in the bath which was just about ok. There is no separate shower in the property.
3. There is no oven in the kitchen only a hob which was a major problem for us as it limits cooking options.
