Struttura nuova e dotata di ogni confort, una vista panoramica che è uno spettacolo, camere ampie e ben illuminate, spazi comuni molto ben curati

L’impossibilità di usufruire della cucina ha reso leggermente difficile la permanenza nella struttura perché obbligava spostarsi almeno per pranzo. A cena è in funzione il ristorante che ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

The room and the view from terrace were amazing. Very comfortable bed. The food at the restaurant was delicious and served until very late. The room was cleaner once. There is a nice kitchen facility for the guests to use. The place feels like your home and the feel is very cozy. Overall staff were kind and tried to help us where they could.

As the restaurant is open until late people usually stay until around 12-1am so if you are a light sleeper or just want a cost quieter evening, the noise from outside may become annoying. The kitchen was lacking cutlery so we were eating our food with just a knife. The hosts do not speak English or any other language so come prepared with the translator app if you do not speak the local language.

Ambiente rilassante a pochi minuti dal mare di Santa Teresa di Riva e dallo splendido borgo di Savoca. La vista è molto bella,anche sorseggiare un caffè diventa meraviglioso soprattutto al mattino. Discrezione e disponibilità dell'host Salvatore il quale ha risposto alle nostre richieste senza alcun problema. Il mio voto è 10.

Good view, friendly owner, newly build.

No breakfast, to get breakfast you have to go somewhere else...No WiFi in our room, had to go outside. Very basic room, just bed and tv, absolutely no facilities in the room. One toilet roll for 4days stay. No soap, run out on first day. Stained towels. Very basic menu for dinner, the only thing they serve is this thick, heavy bread with some fillings. They don't even have pizza!!! And the worst was the noise, every evening until 1am you have tables and people partying literary just outside our room with kids running around banging on our door etc...
