It was very clean and well equipped with all we needed. Unfortunately we hit a storm so none of the beach equipment was used - but plenty for another time. We loved the view - watching the storm was impressive although even better when we were able to use the lanai.
The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had.
The location was great for getting to all aspects of the island. There is shopping close by for groceries and forgotten items as well as places with meals to take out or eat in.
All in all an excellent sight unseen choice. We would stay there again
The only downside was the distance from our unit to the parking space. It was immediate to the building but we were on the far end. Not a problem but to be noted when transporting things to and from.
The road into the property is pretty rough and the left turn out onto the highway can be tricky but that just takes slowing down and being patient

Beautiful location!! I brought my mom on our first mother daughter trip and we absolutely LOVED this condo and even said we would come back to this exact spot again. The beach attached to this location was amazing, even had a seal resting on it one of the days that we ended up laying near for hours! We were close enough to everything we wanted to see, only 15 mins from the airport, and even walking distance from a Safeway shopping center. The two separate rooms were perfect for us. I couldn’t recommend this location more! Absolutely perfect!!
The only negative I can think of is that there is no A/C, so maybe that could be a downside if you visit during an unusually hot time, but for us personally, it was no issue at all. We left the windows open for a great breeze at all times, and the humidity didn’t bother us at all, but if you are sensitive to that, I could see how that would bother others.
