Newly renovated condo with 2 TV's, WIFI, Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Stove, Fridge, Keurig Coffee Machine, Nespresso Machine and Microwave. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed. 55" Flat screen smart TV in Living Area and 40" Flat screen smart TV in one bedroom. Large Lanai. Located on the 3rd floor (top and vaulted ceiling) and closest to the ocean in the Ocean Front Building of this quiet complex with a swimming pool. Truly Beautiful Spot. It is a legal Hawaiian rental unit (tax #W13809591-01). You will not believe the view from this condo and how close you are to the ocean. Quiet spot except for the sound of the waves...

Balcony view exactly as promised. Nice view of the ocean. That said, my wife and I could enjoy the ocean from within the building through windows or sliding doors. I will be more than happy to stay here again. It's centrally located to other areas of Kauai to explore.

Great communication from the host all the way through, great directions,instructions and information, right down to which coffee pods to bringWe loved the well stocked kitchen and sharp knives! Everything was exactly as pictured and stated. The view was even better in person!

The location was very central and convenient, and the views were stunning. We had a problem with the door lock, and it was addressed immediately. We would definitely stay there again.
