Located on the top (3rd) floor walk-up; (no elevator), this two-bedroom, two-bath condo accommodates up to 5 guests, including children and infants, making it the perfect choice for families or small groups looking for a memorable Kauai vacation.
Enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from your private lanai, including moonrises, sunrises, and the seasonal whale watching (November – April).
Accommodates up to 5 Guests: Ideal for families or small groups. Bedding includes:
Primary bedroom (loft) with a queen bed and private bath
Second bedroom with 2 twins (can be converted to a King bed for a fee)
Queen sofa sleeper in the living room
2 Bathrooms: One for each bedroom and additional access from the main living space.
Comfortable Living Space: 909 square feet of well-appointed space, including a full kitchen, spacious living room, and dining area.
This condo does not have air conditioning. However, the unit is designed to stay cool with ceiling fans and portable fans throughout. Open the sliding glass doors to let in the refreshing ocean breezes and enjoy the natural island climate.

Waking up every morning to the ocean waves, this is the paradise life. Thank you so much. The unit was clean. So happy there were ceiling fans and a standing one available .Restaurants around were so convenient with the grocery store so close, a bonus. Thanks again!

We loved the location and the view. This place has been remodeled, nice flooring, clean kitchen, and all the supplies you need while you are staying there. Only I had few issues. The furniture don’t look clean. And also the towels in the bathroom has spots on it. Like discoloration.

We love staying here! You can go to sleep listening to the ocean and wake up to a glorious sunrise. The Garden Island staff is the best. They are always so helpful and kind. The unit is very clean and comfortable with timely replenishment of linens and towels. The location is perfect for exploring all parts of Kauai and convenient to local stores and restaurants. We have been coming here for nearly 20 years and will be back again! It’s our favorite place!

The condo was in a great location for activities and nearby shopping and restaurants. The exterior of the property is in need of repairs, but the interior of the condo is primarily updated and is in good shape.
