ABOUT YOUR CONDO: Located on the 2nd floor, the condo opens to a bright and open living area with a beautiful panorama view of the river. There are plenty of easy accessible walking paths to the adjacent park, downtown, and the Bend River trail system. The inviting gas fireplace is just waiting for you if you decide to cozy up inside. You see a comfortable fabric couch, throw blankets, and a plush armchair where you can nap, read, catch up on emails, watch TV, or just listen to your favorite music. The room's expansive sliding glass door leads to your private balcony where you can listen to the sound of the river below. When you sit in the comfortable patio set, you can sip your morning coffee, enjoy an afternoon snack, or nap--and surrender to the tranquility of the peaceful quiet, the warm sun, and a gentle breeze blowing through the trees.
KEYS AND OTHER THINGS: Your personal entry code will be provided before your arrival. On the kitchen peninsula, you'll find your Welcome Book, Pool, and laundry room keys.
KITCHEN: You have access to a fully stocked kitchen that will make you feel right at home. It's complete with an oven, stove, a full set of dishes, flatware and cookware, various spices, sugar, and coffee. Whether you cook or bring in food you can sit at the quartz peninsula bar that comfortably seats 4 people.
ENTERTAINMENT: You have easy access to high-speed internet, HD television, which includes HULU, Netflix, and Paramount+ TV. You can enjoy books, games, and puzzles on the coffee table in front of the fireplace.
BEDROOMS: We can accommodate 4 people. The master suite has a queen-size bed, full-sized dresser and closet, as well as air conditioning. Warm blankets are available for the winter and light cotton blankets for the summer. In the linen closet, you have large towels available when you go to the nearby heated pool and jacuzzi. In addition, the hidden Murphy bed in the living room folds out to a Queen-size bed. All of these are super comfy.
BATHROOMS: The two bathrooms have fresh towels, body wash, natural shampoo, and a hair dryer. Both have been recently upgraded with quartz vanity tops and attractive new fixtures. One bath has a tub that is perfect for warming up after a long winter's day at the slopes or tobogganing in the Deschutes wilderness area.
PARKING: Covered and uncovered parking is available in any spot that is not numbered. If you bring more than one car, there is additional parking in the large lot. You will receive a code to the laundry room which is just below the unit.
OUR REQUESTS: Please treat our home as you would treat your own. You are welcome to use any of the teas or spices in the cabinet. If you find that you finish something, leave us a note so that we can replace it. We maintain a smoke-free environment. Do not smoke anywhere on the premises. Please conserve water! There is a severe water shortage in the region.
ACCESSIBILITY: You must be able to walk up stairs. There is one flight of stairs to get into the condo.

The unit consists of two former hotel rooms, connected by a door and remodeled to to form a bedroom and open kitchen/living room, each with its own small vanity bathroom.. You can’t beat the location, sitting an a small bluff above the Deschutes about 50 feet from the river walk, adjacent to a park and about 4 blocks from the old downtown core. The two of us were very happy with the experience overall, with any negatives at the nitpicking level. The unit would be adequate for a family of 4 so long as the kids can share a bed, or for two couples who are sure they are compatible.

The property was great! Perfect for two people as there are two full bathrooms. The balcony was a huge plus, overlooking the tranquil river. Very well located to get to Old and New Bend. Probably walkable to both but we chose to drove around the area. Checking in and out was seamless - would recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay! The apartment appears freshly redone with modern decor & feels new and clean. There is a great view of the river and from the balcony we watched herons, ground squirrels, and chipmunks. Once the door is closed you can’t hear the river- which is good since it’s right next to the dam.
I appreciated the good coffee, grinder, and pour over since us fellow PNW-ers are serious about our coffee.
The bed was super comfy too which is always appreciated.
I wish it was a little closer to downtown Bend- (although it isn’t THAT far). There’s some construction going on making the along-the-river walk a little trickier to navigate right now.
Overall, enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this to friends coming to Bend!

The location close to town, updated interior, and view of the river were great. Our host was very accommodating.
