Perched high above the street sits a stunning, privately gated, eclectic residence with spectacular views from Century City skyscrapers, to the Hollywood Hills, and the famous Hollywood sign. You can see the snow covered mountains, on a winter day, the panoramas of Downtown Los Angeles, as well as the expanse of Beverly Hills. Extensively remodeled, the two story home is surrounded by resort style, lush gardens, a gorgeous 60 foot lap pool, an outdoor spa, and multiple patios for dinning al fresco and relaxing.

The property has 40 steps from the street level to the front door, but guests may choose to ride the outdoors elevator, which has been recently upgraded to wireless.

The property was cared for immaculately. It was a high end hotel experience but better! We would definitely book again. In fact we’re planning our next vacay there.. Bianca was super helpful and caring. 5 stars all the way!

We were a family of 2 adults and 3 children who stayed for just over a week as we explored the LA area. The owner was really helpful right from the first contact. The house is spacious, very well furnished and equipped. The location was excellent, as we could walk to rodeo drive, and whilst being in easy striking distance of the beaches and Hollywood. We really couldn't have asked for more and would happily recommend it and use it again.

I strongly recommend this home and it's wonderful owner to all. My family and I recently spent our summer holiday at this amazing home. It’s a great house in all aspects - fantastic views, very comfortable and clean, great location and lots for everyone in the family to enjoy. The house is only a short walk to most Beverly Hills hot spots and to Roxbury Park. Our 2 boys loved the house and really enjoyed playing in the pool and walking to Roxbury Park to play basketball and tennis most days. Our family and friends enjoyed the outdoor space for BBQs and lounging by the pool. Bianca is a fantastic host and responded to our every need. We will be back for sure!

I can't recommend this Beverly Hills gem enough. Great home in all aspects and an absolutely perfect location to wherever you need to go in the L A area. Walking distance to the best shopping in the world. Great places to eat and drink are minutes away. I recommend this home and it's wonderful owner to all.
