Mein Urlaub vom 09.10-16.10.2022 als Einzelperson in einem App.der Hafenresidenz war insgesamt ok. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit allem was nötig ist ,Bad und Schlafbereich waren okay ,leider gab es im Wohnbereich einige Beanstandungen. Die Couch war nicht sehr gemütlich und auch der Fernsehsessel hatte schon bessere Zeiten .Der Esstisch passte nicht zu den Stühlen ,er war zu hoch. Der Faktor für Gemütlichkeit ,traf leider nicht zu ,für den Wohnbereich. Auch darf die gegenüberliegende Werft und die dortigen Arbeiten nicht außer Acht gelassen werden .An den schönen Tagen war der Balkon deshalb nicht nutzbar ,es war zu laut.Bei geschlossen Fenstern war der Lärm fast nicht zu hören .Trotz allem hatte ich einen schönen Urlaub .
