Cozy vacation home in Büsum for up to 4 people
The cozy and modernly furnished vacation home “Mellum” is located in a quiet, outlying area of the North Sea resort town of Büsum. The house is surrounded by a lawn that borders the reed-lined waterway of the Groventief. The property includes two parking spaces and a lockable wooden shed with storage space for bicycles and sports equipment. A handcart is also available there.
The light-filled house, with its high ceilings and white-glazed wooden beam ceiling on the first floor, offers ample space for four guests with approximately 79 m² of living area. The living room features a comfortable sofa set with a swivel chair, while the dining area includes a large dining table with cantilever chairs as well as a sideboard equipped with a smart TV, Blu-ray player, and stereo system. For entertainment, books, Blu-rays, CDs, and a collection of games are available. The house has a fiber-optic connection that provides free Wi-Fi and Magenta TV. The living room opens onto the spacious south-facing terrace and the garden. Garden furniture and two sun loungers are provided, as well as a charcoal grill and a beach chair.
The kitchen, with its modern Bosch appliances and full set of kitchenware, is perfect for cooking together. Ceran cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, and an electric hand mixer with an immersion blender. The amenities also include a washing machine.
On the first floor is a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. A modern central heating system ensures cozy warmth on cool days, with underfloor heating on the first floor. A wood-burning stove and an infrared sauna provide a place to unwind and relax.
A solid-wood staircase leads to the attic. A storage room is available under the stairs; a small safe is also located there. The attic features two bedrooms furnished with box-spring beds and a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other has a double bed. An ottoman also provides a cozy place to relax and unwind. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.
All windows in the house have pleated blinds; the bedrooms have blackout pleated blinds. Insect screens are installed on the bedroom windows and other windows.
The family lagoon, with separate areas for swimming and water sports that are unaffected by the tides, is easily accessible via a footpath. The family area offers a sandy beach and plenty of play equipment for the little ones, while the sports area features windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP, and kayaking, among other activities. When the weather isn’t ideal, the modern “Meerzeit Büsum Wellenbad und Spa” at the Museum Harbor is a great place to spend some time.
A mini-golf course—Adventure Golf—is located across from the North Sea resort. The town center, with its many shopping options and restaurants, as well as the harbor, are easily accessible by bike or on foot via the dike promenade, as well as by the “Krabbenexpress,” which stops in front of the North Sea resort and can be used free of charge with the guest card, serving all of the town’s attractions.
From the harbor, a hub of the shrimp fishing industry, you can take popular sightseeing trips to the seal colonies and to Heligoland. The Büsum Dithmarschen Golf Club in nearby Wawerort is happy to welcome guests.

Das Haus mit seiner perfekten Ausstattung, im Sommer sogar mit Standkorb, ist wunderschön und macht den Urlaub richtig zur Erholung!

Tolles neues Haus, wertig gemacht und eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist klasse. Zut Innenstadt geht man zu Fuß etwas weiter, dafür sind Familienbucht und Strand schnell erreichbar. Eine kostenlos nutzbare Bummelnahn fãhrt stündlich bzw kann man gut den Bollerwagen der Unterkunft nutzen.
