Wir (Ehepaar Mitte 50) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist stimmig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Jedes Detail hat Sinn und Verstand. Für das Flachdach ist die Wohnung erstaunlich gut isoliert, an den heißen Tagen blieb es im Inneren bei angenehmen Temperaturen.
Wichtig ist der private Parkplatz am Haus, die Parksituation rund um die Wohnung wäre sonst knifflig.
Den Hafen erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es fährt aber auch alle 10 Minuten ein Bus Richtung Zentrum (Bushaltestelle in 200 Meter Entfernung).

Ein sehr liebevolles eingerichtetes Apartment, was die versprochenen Leistungen übererfüllt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit den Bus (Bushaltestelle ist 2 min. Entfernt) erreicht man die Innenstadt und den Hafen innerhalb von wenigen Minuten.

Die Wohnung ist super gepflegt und hat zudem eine Toplage mit einer Entfernung von fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt. Auf meine Reservierungsanfrage reagiert der Vermieter umgehend.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung setzt das Wohlfühlen voraus. Auch die Anreise via Auto ist durch den Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür mühelos.
Rundum ein schöner und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt, sodass die Wohnung für künftige Aufenthalte direkt wieder gebucht wird.
