About this apartment rental
The beautiful town Centre of Moraira is a wonderful location to spend your holiday, while staying in this lovely apartment, which is located in the Centre of the town, and is a perfect base to enjoy your family, friends, or couples holiday.
All the bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the beautiful Blue Flag Beaches, are in walking distance, which is ideal as its not necessary to hire a car, unless you would like to explore the stunning and scenic areas of the Costa Blanca, which if you do, there is also a Private underground parking space with the apartment.
Being located on the 5th Floor, which is also the same level as the large communal pool and sunbathing terraces, (opening dates May to 1st week in October), gives you Panoramic views of the mountainous landscape and the town Centre. As the apartment is South West facing, you have the luxury of all day sun to enjoy during the winter and summer seasons while you relax on the large balcony with a glass of your favourite beverage, enjoying your breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
There are two bedrooms. With the Master Bedroom having a double bed, wardrobes, and glass sliding patio doors leading out to the large balcony, hot and cold air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and even a Smart TV. The second small guest bedroom has two single beds, wardrobes, no windows, but benefits from the air conditioning and full light from the lounge.
The large and bright lounge has full sized wall to wall sliding glass patio doors leading out to the good sized balcony, making this a very light and bright apartment. There is a large Smart TV with IPTV box providing TV channels in many languages, Spanish, English, Dutch, Belgium, German, Swedish, French, and more.
In the well equipped, modern kitchen with all appliances and the dining table and chairs close by.
The main entrance to the apartment building has a security entry system and elevators leading to all the five levels. There is also easy Wheelchair Access into the entrance of the building and to the elevators.
The gardens are very pretty, well maintained, with an abundance of mature Mediterranean flowers, plants and trees, and a water feature.

Apartment was modern and well equipped and in a very good location. Our host Paula was excellent and always available to help. The apartment benefits a private allocated parking space in a secure underground car park. We would have scored a 5 but the pool area lets it down, very little shade, no sun shades, loungers not very comfortable, the pool is annoyingly closed between 3-5 pm and if you do not vacate the pool area before 3pm you are stuck in there until 5pm !!!! The main pool is also very deep all the way across I estimate about 10ft deep ok for confident swimmers but no signs to say how deep it is. We were also unlucky with some of our neighbours who seem to live there being noisy, often in the night and very early hours of the morning.

This apartment is very clean well equipped and quite spacious with great balcony and parking with moraira right on your doorstep, we were greeted by Paula who is a great host and always there when needed.

Paula was a great host met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment was well equipped spacious and very clean with a great balcony would definitely recommend and hopefully will be returning.
