Nice apartment but needs an AC during hot summer
It is a nice and clean apartment with good location in Le Lavandou. 10 minutes walk to the center and different wonderful beaches. Big supermarket near by. The host was very friendly and greeted us with wine and snacks basket. Apartment is spacious, with a big balcony and very well equipped kitchen. Entrance to the premises, including parking is accessible with a chip. There was a nice small pool in the yard, but we did not have time to go there. The reimbursement of deposit was smooth and quick.
There is no air condition nor ventilators in the apartment, which made it impossible to sleep during the nights.Also, during hot nights you can't have the windows open, because of mosquitoes.The third bedroom is not a room but a sleeping place with no window nor door.

Résidence bien sécurisé avec place de parking privé abriter sous l’immeuble , y a tout le confort pour cinq personnes , supermarché à trois minutes à pied, qui était bien pratique pour ne pas se déplacer en voiture , plage à 10min à pied

Attention ce logement n’a pas 3 chambres
L’emplacement et la résidence sont agréables. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine qui était vide.
Malgré l’annonce stipulant 3 chambres séparées, il n’y a véritablement que 2 chambres. La troisième est en effet un lit banquette installé dans un recoin du salon, séparé de la pièce de vie uniquement par un paravent. Cette disposition rend le salon/cuisine inutilisable après le coucher. Ce recoin ne dispose ni de porte ni de fenêtre ni de rangement.
