Close to Disneyland walking distance

There was no toilet paper on arrival and when you have children it makes it uncomfortable when they need to go especially arriving at night time

Location, location, location

The condo showed wear and tear, could use a freshening up on all amenities inside unit. The exterior shows it’s age but that’s the responsibility of HOA needing to clean and paint exterior

Location was Perfect, enough space for all the family beds were Comfy.

The parking was an issue we had more then 1 car and there was only 1 space issued to us.

We lived how close to disneyland it is.

The mat at the front door hangs over the step causing a trip hazard. Luckily I was only bruised and sore after tripping on it. There were a ton of mosquitoes around the front door as well so we would get bitten up while trying to get in and out. The signage around the house is a constant reminder that you are without a doubt in somebody else's house. The signs in combination with the numerous rules really takes away from the feeling of being on vacation. We removed our shoes like the sign asked us to. The floors were filthy, especially the carpeted areas. Our feet ended up dirty and our socks were stained. The stair rail was very dirty and sticky. Bathrooms were not clean. The sink in the master bath was gross and one side would not drain and the drawers fall out of the bathroom sink. There was an eaten lollipop stick in the bunk bed. There are broken blinds and stained towels. Also, a couple of coffee pods at least to get started would be nice.
