The fact one bedroom was in the basement wth no window, also no handrail down the stairs, I think this should be mentioned in case of mobility issues. There was no wardrobe (hanging facilities) in other bedroom also blind wasn't functioning properly so had to leave it down.

Clean, smart and comfortable property. tea bags and sugar sachets, towels, lots of hot water in the showers (was 33 deg in Bath so we were all showering twice a day. Avery useful booklet of near facilities on the coffee table in the lounge. Massive car park space. We only made tea and toast in the kitchen. For eating out I'd recommend Ponte Vecchio on the river by the Pulteney bridge and also Mantra Indian which is near the property so not so much of a big hill to climb with a full belly.
If you could pick up the property and put it at the bottom of the hill it would have been perfect. But then it would have been a different price also. Bath city sits in a bowl. everything is up from the cathedral.

Great location and well appointed apartment. It was very comfortable and in good condition. It was quiet and a short walk from the city centre. It was.great to have parking too.
