Amazing experience, luxury hotel , excellent and polite staff, great breakfast and a very very good location. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Tashkent. My Mother dropped her phone in the yandex taxi and the incredibly polite and helpful reception staff called the driver and communicated with him in their local language to get my Mother’s phone back. My Stay at Green park Hotel (19–26 December) We stayed at Green park Hotel for 7 nights, and I would like to share my honest experience. 📍 Location The biggest downside of this hotel is the location. It is situated in a very old residential area, with no tourist attractions, shopping streets, or cafes within walking distance. Even the nearest supermarket is about 400-500 meters away. At night, the area feels extremely dim and dark — there are almost no street lights, which made it uncomfortable and a bit depressing to walk outside. For a hotel, especially one hosting tourists, the surroundings should feel safer and more lively. 🏨 Hotel Facilities & Cleanliness The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are kept tidy — this is the only reason I would consider rating it positively. However, in my opinion, there are many other clean hotels located in better, more central areas. Breakfast Experience Breakfast was very disappointing. There is no variety — it was the exact same food every single day for seven days. Also, when a dish finishes, they do not refill it. Breakfast time is from 6:30–10:30, but if you arrive around 8:30 or 9:00 a.m., you will likely find almost nothing left to eat. This happened multiple times during our stay. Weather & Area Condition During an ice storm and rain, walking outside became dangerous. The streets were extremely slippery, very dirty, and the whole environment made going anywhere difficult. There are also no nearby pharmacies or convenient shops. Overall Rating & Final Thoughts Although the hotel is clean, I would not stay here again because the location is too inconvenient and the breakfast was poorly managed. I prefer hotels where you can easily walk to shops, tourist areas, and basic services.
