It was easy to communicate with the host. They provided very concise information on how to get into apartment and the associated parking at a different place nearby. The room/ studio was spacious and had a covered seating area in front. It was very quiet although the old town with all the restaurants etc. was absolutely just round the corner. So easy to get to everywhere from the apartment . Also a very nice wine bar across the road.

I really enjoyed this stay at Old Town Cataleya. First of all, the communication with the owner was very smooth and relaxed. The room we stayed in was very spacious, very clean and, given that it's in an inner courtyard, it was very quiet as well. We really liked that it was very close to the Old Town (hence the name) and that there was a tiny park really close by so that we could walk our dog for its necessities. Will definitely come back here again as we had a very pleasant stay, the host was great and we really enjoyed the location and its amenities.

“The location is excellent, right in the Old Town. There is paid parking available in front of the property, and a supermarket nearby. The accommodation has everything you need, is very clean, and communication with the host was very easy. I’ve stayed here before and will definitely come back again.”

DON’T USE CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT AS OUR CARD WAS HACKED RIGHT AFTER WE USED IT AT THE PROPERTY
the shower kept leaking and overflowing the bathroom floor
bathroom amenities ran out during our stay and there were not refilled
no turndown service/ housekeeping during our 3 nights stay
