Complicated booking system. Too many rules and regulations. Difficult to find if visiting St Moritz for the first time. Too small to unpack two suitcases and nowhere to store them. Complicated entry system.

A very nice property adequate for a one person. Location above supermarket was very convenient.

A garbage bag not being provided upon arrival was very inconvenient. It would have been a modest expense given the amount charged for the room and duration of stay.

Property is modern built, with bus stop, grocery story in walking distance.

1. The room has kitchen and cutleries but very less supporting items in the room. For example, an average airbnb as well provide salt, pepper, sugar, oil, kitchen tissues. Host asked us to buy garbage bag, which could have been easily provided. Any traveller do not travel with all these items and cannot buy in small quantities for 1-2 times usage. 2. Oven was provided in the room, but the settings display was set to non-english language. There was no manual provided. Display was just showing some pre-set programs. So, over could not be used at all. 3. The bathroom area has no door, only unlockable curtain. Not sure how many guests would like this idea. 4. TV in the room was smart TV, however it was not connected to internet, so in-built apps cannot be used. Other options to use TV, like Cast, though some IP-TV app, are not so easy and feasible. 5. There were no easy-to-find instructions on entrance that helped us to find where to go for the room. We could find arrow showing our room number only when reached that floor. Until then we just had to search and guess. 6. The lobby area is not pleasant at all, with bad smell, which could be from carpet. 7. The information email was received from host prior to check-in. In found the language use in it very rude, missing politeness. It was like instruction email sent by hostel warden to students.

There is no regular TV (tv channel) available. However you could log in with your own Zattoo account (if you have) . wasn’t working for me as the TV showed “no internet connection” all the time. that was quite frustrating

this place would be amazing in winter ! not a summer accommodation. no ac

super clean ! very close to everything from train station, to shopping to hiking . super comfy beds . lovely kitchen . toilet and shower are separate which is amazing ! huge space for clothing’s . comes with 2 safe boxes so that’s great for 2 friends on a hiking /skiing vacation.

we came in end July /start August 2022 during the Europe heat wave . the apartment has no AC . a reasonable window that on the second day came to know fully opens . even with fully open window . the place gets quiet hot during the day and sparse ventilation! which was uncomfortable. we tried to spend the day outside as it was way cooler and with more air . at night it was beautiful.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Wir haben den Check-in bereits vorab online abgewickelt und haben ein Videobeschrieb zur Schlüsselabholung erhalten. Damit hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und wir haben alles gut gefunden.

In unserem Zimmer hat es leider sehr stark nach Rauch gerochen, trotz intensivem Lüften haben wir den Geruch nicht rausgekriegt. Ausserdem wollten wir den Wasserkocher benutzen. Leider passte der Stecker nicht in die Steckdose und wir konnten den Wasserkocher nicht benutzen.
