Excellent facilities, good communication, nice location.

Property looked a little dated and tired, but don’t let that put you off.

Very cosy accommodation! Bed was comfortable, most of the kitchen appliances were available for cooking (although it will be good if there is a can opener), TV has netflix and internet connection for Youtube. Location is very good because it is close to the bus stop that has bus connection to St Moritz train station. Coop supermarket is just a short walking distance away. Alexander is a friendly host. Instructions to check in were very clear. We are thankful for his hospitality.🙂

We liked the location, and the flat was clean and well equipped. We liked having the laundry facility.

We found it not very welcoming because of the scaffolding and ongoing building work. We felt the flat could have been a little more 'homely' eg having curtains that met in the middle and kept out the light, eg a small sofa next to the wardrobe? Somewhere to sit to relax. It would have been nice to have had the additional option of a double duvet, that a couple could share! There was no salt and pepper in the flat. We felt that the laundry facilities - which were excellent - needed more detailed instructions in English - we had to ask one of the residents how to use the card!

Alexander is always available and very responsive. He tried his best to help out with the wifi issue.

Wifi is provided by a hotspot and it is OK until is not (7pm-10pm). If need bandwidth at those times, you'll get minimal. Need to change provider to swisscom or will never get better. Neighbor downstairs likes to put club music on, Friday nights and Saturday nights till 2am. I recommend waking them up at 6am the morning afterwards leaving your finger on the bell ring. The building is quite old, but functional. The room is small, but functional.
