Chesa Chalavus - St. Moritz

This is a really excellent apartment, highly recommend

The apartment is modern and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We cooked and stayed in to eat dinner and had everything we needed to do that, although having access to a few more basic cooking ingredients/ condiments would’ve been helpful. Bus stops are directly outside so that was great, and there’s a lift so getting luggage in and out was easy. Good to have access to a washing machine and dryer, although in the basement and with long cycles.

It wasn’t so much that we had issues with the apartment (it’s very nice) but more the style and number of exchanges with the property managers. First there’s the deposit of CHF500 which doesn’t get refunded for a long time if you cancel, likewise all the things they might charge you incredibly high amounts for (if you lose the key, if you ask for assistance and it’s deemed not to be an emergency, etc). It honestly made us feel nervous about being there… having stayed in many apartments and hotels, I haven’t come across terms and conditions so onerous. As two 60 + yr old women having rented the apartment for what’s quite a lot of money I would’ve thought that it wasn’t necessary to have and then to keep spelling out these potential additional costs on multiple occasions.

Muito bem equipado, com tudo o que era necessário. Muito completo. O quarto com a casa de banho privada é espetacular . Tinha supermercado e restaurante muito perto

Todo. La ubicacion a 2 cuadras del lago, cerca de supermercados con vistas a la montaña. El departamente super completo, moderno y comodo. El edificio dispone de lavarropas y secarropas.

Nada. No tengo ningun comentario negativo.
