About this cottage rental
Looking for the perfect Cape summer getaway, look no further. This charming cottage has everything you could ask for. This is your own waterfront paradise 10 minutes away from the beach, mini golf, and downtown historic sandwich with great shopping and restaurants. Treehouse brewery and Naukabout brewery are 10 mins down the road and Mashpee Commons is just 15 minutes away.
Set in the lush landscape of Forestdale down a private dirt road you will find a vacation spot perfect for family and friends. Overlooking a fresh water kettle pond fed by hot and cold springs which is great for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, bird watching and fishing. Dine outdoors overlooking the peaceful pond on the large deck with retractable awning to protect you from sun and rain showers or sit by the fire pit and toast s’mores. Inside you will find this cottage that was built in the 1950’s is updated with modern kitchen appliances, laundry, new Mitsubishi air conditioners and a smart TV. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and it’s own AC unit, the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Equipped with an indoor and outdoor shower and 2 parking spaces this is the perfect peaceful retreat to meet all your vacation needs. We have a cleaning service that comes in to clean between rentals and linens and towels are all cleaned professionally by a laundry service. We have 2 sets of duvet covers that are cleaned and changed before each guest arrives.

We had a fantastic time at this property. Everything we needed was there, and the location was idyllic. Communication was great, and the host was extremely helpful. Can’t recommend it enough!

Introduced our out of state friends to the Cape...they experienced firsthand why we love this part of our state. Rental had everything we needed. Deck, dock, kayaks, SUP, and firepit got a lot of use!

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we could want. It was on a pond which was perfect for my family. We went swimming and used the kayaks and paddle board. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.
