3 Bedroom 2 Full Bath located steps from Santuit Pond. Farmers porch with rocking chairs. Spend some time in the bonus room with a 46" flat screen tv and an Air hockey game. Sleeps 8. Shopping, Restaurants, Bowling, and miniature golf nearby. 10 - minute drive to Atlantic and Bay Beaches. Spend the day in the sand, then check out some of the local shopping and dining at the nearby Mashpee Commons.

Overall a really great stay. Old, but charming house. If you’re looking for a really quiet stay, this is perfect. Unfortunately there are some minor upkeep issues- smoke alarms go off with the smallest bit of cooking, slightly clogged drains and tv’s aren’t in good position.

Our stay at this house was excellent. The house was clean and had everything listed. The host was very quick to respond to all questions. It’s a very short walk to the beautiful lake.

We loved our stay here. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to grocery store, restaurants, beaches. The arcade game in the basement is sweet for families. Kitchen, dining room, living room all comfortable and have everything you need. Air conditioners in upstairs bedrooms and kitchen. Very nice to have in the afternoons to stay cool. We went to Mashpee Town Beach and Attaquin Park every day. When we had a water issue our first day the owner was quick to respond and remedy the problem. This is a great place to stay on Cape Cod and family friendly.

4.5 This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. It is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Fun game room.
