While we looked for a quick and easy place to stay in St. Petes for almost a week, this property caught our eye immediately and it did not disappoint. It delivered on all of our expectations and overall a convenient place to stay if you want to have a short drive to the beaches and/or head downtown. We will definitely be on the lookout for this place’s availability when it comes time again to visit the area!

Positives: Clean property with good space for 1 or 2 people. It is comfortable and has a portable cook top, coffee maker and an adequate small refrigerator. It was clean and no sign of any bugs such as ants or roaches.CONS:I was booked for 3 nights but there were only 2 wash clothes and 2 towels. I use a towel more than once but do not use wash clothes more than one time. I went to Walmart and bought a couple of wash clothes. This likely was just a small oversight. It needs to be modernized with some USB outlets. The water pressure was very low in the bathroom. None of these things would keep me from staying again at this property but certainly would make it much more enjoyable.
