Beary's Den is our 2nd home and everything is decorated cabin chic to give you a sense of local charm with a home away from home feeling. Spacious deck to relax with a cup of coffee, catch a couple of deers come and pay you a visit or gaze at the stars at sunset.

Vanessa was quick to respond and very hospitable. Cabin was decorated nicely and very clean! We enjoyed the fire pit, the gas fireplace, and the River Walk and restaurants/bars in Murphy. Highly recommend!

First of all the host was very communicative, and the cabin was spotless, easy to find/access, decorated beautifully! Netflix was in Spanish, I thought it was fixed at one point after communicating with the host, but we couldn’t get it in English. TV was by live stream apps but the internet would not stay connected long enough to watch anything. Barely 2 minutes and then it would freeze. Cabin needs to be stocked with essentials…no coffee cups (had some for decorative purposes with items in them). Nothing but silverware knives, 3 people for 4 days, had to wash towels and washcloths because there weren’t enough. It would also be nice to have instructions for the thermostat, it was on a timer and took a couple days to figure it out.
