House is extremely comfortable with almost everything one could wish for. Loved the fire and wood provided. Kitchen facilities and appliances excellent .
No cot provided. Hard when travelling interstate with a baby . Think this is a basic requirement that the managing property company should be able to provide. Also think that providing linen should be a basic inclusion . To have to organise and pay for linen on top of an already expensive stay is ridiculous.

Would have oreferred linen charges to be included in price of property. Other properties do and helps with price comparison.
