Very Disappointed

Nice location

horrible arrival experience with cleaner yelling at my young child and elderly parent and claiming we couldn't check in despite my confirmation for 4:00 check in and arriving at 4:30. She was rude and disrespectful. The home was filthy including dirty socks in the couch, stained carpet, greasy dishes, hair on the sheets, burnt matches and food on the floor, leftover trash in the kitchen. The house is dark- of the two bedside lamps and one overhead light in the bedroom downstairs, only one bedside lamp would turn on. Living room and dining room also very dark. window was tarped over, blinds broken and stuck in the down position really further limiting the light and the views. No instructions for how to use BBQ and heater outside. Poorly appointed kitchen- no basics like oil and vinegar or foil or bags. We've stayed in this home before and loved it, but mismanagement and rude staff who lied about having us be compensated since we couldn't check in on time really ruin this place.

would always helpful to have foil/ziplock in the kitchen and would have been nice to have some lights/heaters on to help us arrive in the dark. took a bit to get house and hot tub warmed up but very comfortable once we did!

Lovely home, good facilities when you are traveling, bit like home from home!

Good space for a family, close to shops and only a short drive to the beach.
